The Quality of the Fruit will depend on the Quality of the Seed. “A healthy and well-nourished mother only can give birth to a Healthy Child”.
We will try and serve different varieties of Dal and Sabjis on all 6 days a week. Tentative Protein, Iron and Calcium-rich menu will be
- Rice/Pulav/Variety Rice
- Dal-Moong (yellow or green)/Toor Dal Chana
- Barbati (Chauli)/Matki
- Chole/Rajma etc
- Sabji of Fresh Green Vegetables especially Palak/Drumsticks/Carrots etc
- Chappati’s preferably made of multigrain atta
- Chaas/Buttermilk with added Calcium Carbonate (Lime/Chuna)
- Chutney of Mint (Pudina) Curry Leaves (Kadipatta) Urad dal etc.
- Laddu made of Desi Ghee Desi Gud (Jaggery) Groundnuts, Daliya and other nutritional ingredients along with multigrain atta.
Also, we will serve Salads of Fresh green Vegetables and Sprouts Daily.
